The registration fee includes all coffee breaks, the welcome buffet on Sept. 4, and lunches on Sept. 4, and 5.
It does NOT include the social dinner.
In case of non-participation, 70% of the pre-paid registration fees will be refunded, but only if the cancellation is made by August 15, and only if the abstract has not been sent
Congress Social Dinner:

It's not included in the registration fee. The amount is 40€ (VAT included)
